For me, coffee is not just a drink, it’s a legacy of love. My passion for coffee began with someone incredibly special who is no longer with us but whose memory lives on every time I brew a cup. It started with my Aunt Gracie Golson, affectionately known as GG, who would let me have a sip of coffee with her at the kitchen table when I was a little girl. GG had a way of turning a simple cup of coffee into something special. Our moments together were about connection, conversation, and memories. Every time I serve a cup, I feel her spirit with me, and I’m reminded that coffee has the power to create a lasting impression. I dedicate every cup to GG, with the hope that through service, I can continue to share the same warmth, love and sense of community she gave to so many.
